Pentaor was established in 1997 by the food engineer and biotechnologist, Dr. Oren Ben-Israel, as a dynamic start-up R&D company, specializing in development of food products, mainly dry-mixes. Since 1999, In addition to its development laboratory, Pentaor operates a factory, especially designed for the production of the unique Bases, offered by Pentaor. These Bases are concentrated pre-mixes which serve as multi-functional ingredients contributing to the quality and to the richness of the final products in different aspects, like: flavor, flavor enhancement, texture, color, emulsification, anti-oxidation and more.
